Sales Representative

Job Functions:

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning, cold calls, and relationship building. The Sales Representative is accountable for focusing on and generating business through new sales with companies of all sizes and industries. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Builds, maintains, and works a pipeline of target account opportunities utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Completes daily sales activities with target customers and leads to identify and understand service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs.
  • Coordinates with the Marketing Manager on territory lead generation activities, email campaigns and other advertising needs.
  • Attends meetings with prospective customers in-person and via video calls to identify
  • Coordinate with Marketing Manager and sales leadership to build out delivery strategy and proposals for delivery to target customers.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of services to customers based on their needs.
  • Present solutions-based proposals to prospective customers via phone, video and in-person meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual language to create winning sales deals for LEAD and our customers.
  • Coordinates with Recruiters and supports candidate selection, negotiations, and onboarding for placement into customer accounts.
  • Submits qualified candidate resumes, arranges interviews, and negotiates offers for candidates.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Identifies saturation opportunities within existing customer portfolio.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, meetings, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
