LEAD Pacific Northwest ensures the correct balance between our client’s core workforce and our full-time permanent workforce that can be provided on an interim basis. Having a combined 40 years in construction, marine, and industrial staffing lends to finding creative solutions to business challenges. We focus on internal relationships with our field employees, providing them with full-time permanent work, and all the benefits that come with full-time employment. Many of which have been with LEAD since we opened the office in 2010. We are clearly not a temp agency, rather a long-term employer of a truly skilled workforce. Our clients know when they secure a LEAD field employee, they get a highly qualified, skilled, and productive worker.
Michael Lennox

Fun Fact: Michael is an avid competitive bowler and is an active leader in the bowling community. He has run successful fundraiser events and helped deliver over $35,000 in scholarships to youth bowlers statewide and over $25,000 to cancer charities.
Michael Lennox is responsible for elevating LEAD in being the go-to resource for on-demand skilled workforce in the Pacific Northwest. Michael and his team are reinventing the role of a skilled labor provider within the marine, industrial, and construction industries, enabling LEAD to continue to assert its position as a leading skilled manpower solution provider in an ever-changing industry. Prior to joining LEAD in 2011, Michael worked for Tradesmen International where he successfully ran multiple offices, oversaw mergers, and nationwide business development and served in the Unites States Airforce. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix. Michael says, “As a member of LEAD’s executive leadership team, I am profoundly dedicated to developing a culture where all people can advance and thrive.”
