“LEAD Marine is professional, responsive, and a leader in providing quality employees. I am confident that LEAD can provide skilled labor for my “hard to fill” positions that other suppliers purposely avoid. The LEAD team is a prime example of what a staffing company working with industrial labor should be. Partnering with their team is both effortless and enjoyable.”

Sara, Master Service Provider Program Manager for Ship Building & Repair

“Lead Marine teamed with our company to get our new Composite Technician Division up and running. By supplying us with six qualified and trainable candidates we were able to build a Composite Carpenter team to accomplish our goals and hit milestones in support of our defense contract client. Three of the six employees supplied by LEAD were hired permanently and assigned direct roles to help maintain our competitive edge bidding contracts in this new composite market on the San Diego waterfront. Without LEAD’s knowledge of the Shipyard industry, and the know-how to find exactly what we needed, I do not believe we would have been able to accomplish what our company was able to do.”

Justin, Production Manager, Composite Carpenter Division
