Fun Fact: Aaron was a member of the local 4-H club. He raised goats, pigs, and rabbits. One year he entered his rabbits in the meat pen category and won! Glen Bell, the founder of Taco Bell, was the winning bidder in the auction.
Aaron Taylor has been in the recruiting industry since 2001, specializing in the construction and industrial skilled trades. In 2011, Aaron partnered with Mark Curtiss, LEAD president, to start up and grow LEAD National where he currently provides recruiting services nationwide for construction, industrial, and marine industries.

Fun Fact: Tony got involved in the staffing industry through the Army National Guard NASCAR Team. Also, Tony is a volunteer sitting board member with the California State Disability Office.
Tony Rodriguez has worked in the recruiting and retention business since 1991. Tony is a proud US Army Retired Veteran of 26 years which is where he began his career as a recruiter. He consistently demonstrates disciplined leadership with a strong work ethic and emphasis on productivity and results. His experience in networking, prospecting, and business development are top notch. Tony knows how to reduce cost without sacrificing quality and has sound budget management skills.
