Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Worker to support daily operations in the field. The role involves manual labor, equipment handling, and assisting with site-specific tasks as assigned. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials or tools

Operate and maintain field equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

Assist in setting up and breaking down worksites

Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Collect and record field data or samples (if applicable)

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Travel to different job sites as needed

Perform general maintenance or cleaning of tools, vehicles, and equipment

Support skilled workers such as technicians, engineers, or supervisors in field operations
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior field work or manual labor experience is a plus

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods)

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Basic mechanical or tool-handling knowledge

Valid driver’s license (preferred or required)

Strong work ethic and punctuality

Team player with good communication skills
Work Environment:
