Jason Stephens is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida and has over 20 years experience in the construction and building materials industry; he has over 8 years in the skilled trades staffing industry. Jason, managing partner for over two years, has a vested interest in his client’s business. He focuses on providing LEAD Tampa customers with the manpower they need to complete projects on time and ahead of schedule which lends to a true partnership with clients. Jason says, “The success of our business is contingent on the success we have in filling our customer’s job orders with the type of skilled personnel they need. I want to be a respected resource for our customers so they can have some peace of mind knowing we understand the challenges they face.”

Jennifer Peavy has worked in staffing for over nine years and joined LEAD Tampa in 2019. She has gained a wealth of experience in the skilled trades commercial construction industry. Her previous background in the customer service industry also has proven to be essential to the problem-solving nature of the staffing industry. Jennifer says, “I have a strong ability to develop long term relationships with our clients and I understand the critical need for excellent communication to foster these remarkable partnerships.”
