Position: Director of Construction (Mid Rise Multi Family)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Greater Tampa Bay Area

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee all aspects of mid-rise multi-family construction projects, from inception to completion.

✔️ Lead and mentor a team of construction managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.

✔️ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

✔️ Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive project success.

✔️ Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

✔️ Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.

✔️ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.


Requirements:

✔️ Extensive experience in mid-rise multi-family construction, including a proven track record of successful project delivery.

✔️ Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

✔️ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

✔️ Proficient in project management software and tools.

✔️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

✔️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

✔️ Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
