We are seeking Tank Cleaners to become part of our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

Marine chemical/mechanical experience onboard ships cleaning all kinds of bilges, tanks and piping systems.
Experience entering confined spaces & tanks.
Working knowledge of fuel tanks, machinery, ship bilges and piping systems; tank cleaning techniques; ship configuration; hand tool operation.
Basic mechanical, pump and plumbing skills.
Must be able to access and move around ship safely, work at heights and in confined spaces with limited visibility.
Able to clean interiors of storage tanks (such as fuel tanks), bilges, piping systems using pressure hoses, acids and hand tools. Drain tank and flushing tanks, remove residue from bottom of tanks using pumps.

Requirements for this role include:

Experience using hand and power tools associated with the trade in a safe manner.
Always keep work area clean and safe.
Strong understanding of confined spaces.
Assist with WAF’s and accomplish Lock out Tag out protocol.
Assist with setting up positive and negative ventilation.
