Based on your work ethic, development and dedication to your role, with support from your local branch and job-site leadership, you will develop and strengthen your skill sets
 
 We are seeking Project Coordinator to become part of our team!
 
Your responsibilities will include:
 
  1. Work with recruiting team to coordinate and schedule onboarding process.
  2. Submit daily and weekly reports to various customers and organizations.
  3. Assist with recruiting candidates in the marine and shipyard environment.
  4. Meet with candidates at clients’ locations to ensure smooth candidate check in for interviews/tests, orientation, badging and new start.  Times may vary from early morning to afternoons.  
  5. Contact employees and clients to resolve issues.
Requirements for this role include:
  1. Staffing experience in construction or industrial a big plus.
  2. Ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast pace environment.
  3. Strong computer and payroll skills.
  4. Ability to resolve payroll and personnel issues.
