Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Hospital Facilities to oversee the operations of our Pine Ridge hospital campus. This exempt position requires a strong background in acute care hospital management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the facilities department, ensuring the effective functioning of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators.
- Oversee the maintenance of hospital buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
- Manage contractors for facility renovation projects, including HVAC and electrical systems, as well as production floor arrangements.
- Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish departmental goals.
- Lead and direct the work of facilities staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission Standards for Acute Care Facilities and Environment of Care Standards.
- Preferred experience in Emergency Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, specifically within an acute care hospital setting.
- Certification as a Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) or equivalent preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
