Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Superintendent to oversee all electrical installations, maintenance, and upgrades for large distribution warehouse. This role involves managing teams of electricians, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep knowledge of commercial electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical installations for commercial construction projects.
- Lead a team of electricians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, adjusting as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical issues.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Valid electrical license or certification.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and commercial electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
