Summary:
LEAD Technical is currently looking for a Quotation Manager for our manufacturing client in the Rockledge area. In this role, you will be tasked with managing, reviewing, and preparing responses to RFQ’s from customers. This is a DIRECT HIRE role that is available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Review incoming RFQ’s from current and prospective customers.
- Work to source needed materials from new and existing distributors, both domestically and internationally.
- Source a variety of materials needed for the manufacturing process, including electronic components and printed circuit boards.
- Work with internal departments to provide timely information on lead times and other factors that may affect the process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years purchasing/quoting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- BS/BA degree strongly preferred.
- Experience dealing with PCB vendors both domestically and internationally.
- Strong experience dealing with electronic component vendors.
- Knowledge of both component market and manufacturing process.
