LEAD Staffing

LEAD Staffing, a rapidly growing Recruiting and Staffing firm based out of Tampa, is currently looking to add a RECRUITER to our growing team in our home office. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and presenting candidates for open positions across the nation through our network of regional offices. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates, present candidates to Account Managers and Clients, and guide them all the way through hire and assignment.

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions across the country
  • Source qualified candidates using a variety of methods, both active and passive
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as primary contact for questions from candidates
  • Place job ads and host/attend job fairs
  • Meet weekly client requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in recruiting, staffing experience preferred
  • Strong sourcing ability, AIRS certification desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work positions from open to close
  • Skilled trades recruiting experience preferred
  • Proven ability to meet client requirements
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience onboarding contractors
  • Ability to connect with candidates
