Job Title: Janitor Day Shift
Report to: Plant Supervisor
Job Summary: Daily Tasks:
1. Empty all garbage on premises – Every Day
2. Vacuum Main Office and lower floor of 2-story building – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
3. Vacuum upper floor of 2-story building 1 day per week – Friday
4. Clean Shop bathroom, Office bathroom, 2-story bathrooms (men’s and women’s). Clean all toilets and urinals, bleach and scrub them. Every Day
5. Clean sinks, mirrors, hand dryers, and switches in all bathrooms – Every Day
6. Spray floor and walls in shop bathroom with bleach mixture, mop, and use garden hose to clean – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
7. Wash windows and clean window ledges on Fridays
8. Hose off sidewalks, front and rear porch, and stairs – Every Day
9. Wipe Tables in 2-story building (upper and lower floor) – Every Day
10.Wipe Tables in Shop Breakroom – Every Day
11.Mop floor in Shop Breakroom – Every Day
12. Clean break room Refrigerators and Microwaves as needed – Check daily
13. Check and replace toilet paper daily – Every Morning and afternoon before leaving
14.Mow yard, weed whack around edges, fence line, and keep roller gates clear of debris and limbs – At least once per week.
15. Pick up trash, cut dead limbs, keep leaves and brush raked as needed. Keep areas looking presentable – Every Day
16. Keep Testing Area organized and clean – Every Day
17. Replace all A/C filters in Office and 2-story – Once a Month
18. Tell supervisors if you are running low on any cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc
Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a non-airconditioned environment.
• Ability to stand and work for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Must adhere to all safety procedures.
• Must wear all applicable PPE, including but not limited to steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to pass a national criminal background check.

Pay rate: Starting pay $16/hr

Hours: 6:00 am – 430 PM Monday-Friday and 6am -12pm Saturday as needed
