Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance:
   1. Inspect, service, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
   2. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment reliability.
   3. Identify and replace worn or damaged parts to maintain optimal machine performance.
2. Troubleshooting:
   1. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.
   2. Determine the root causes of breakdowns and implement effective solutions.
3. Repairs:
   1. Conduct necessary repairs to restore equipment to working condition.
   2. Coordinate with vendors or specialists for complex repairs or replacements.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   1. Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
   2. Report and address any safety hazards or concerns promptly.
5. Documentation:
   1. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

6. Predictive Maintenance:

Qualifications:
