1. Go to the Trade Network Application and thoroughly complete all sections of the application. IMPORTANT: Enter ALL your skills.  We are able to consider you for more positions when we know ALL the skills you possess.
  2. Once you have completed the application, you will be contacted by a LEAD Project Coordinator who may set up an interview: either face to face in our office or via Skype|FaceTime|Zoom.
  3. You may then be offered employment by LEAD and asked to electronically complete onboarding documents (by computer, smartphone or tablet).
  4. When your documents have been completed, the next steps include LEAD’s standard background check and reference checks.
